Panini Pizzas

Easy Panini Pizzas

Did you know you can make homemade personal pizzas on a Panini Maker?
The Panini maker creates a delicious crispy crust! Try it at home tonight.

Below is my pizza dough recipe used for the delicious and crisp flatbread crust:

Thin Crust Ingredients:
  • 15 oz (3 cups) Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 9 fl oz Warm Water
  •  Pinch of Herbes de Provence

  •
    Directions by KitchenAid:
    1. Place flour into a stand mixers bowl and make a well in the center.
    2. Use dough hook.
    3. Add yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, herbs, and water and turn on low combined (about 3 minutes).
    4. Turn to medium and knead for 5–10 minutes or until a smooth ball forms.
    5. Let sit for 30 Minutes
    6. Roll out dough

    Now it's ready to Bake

We made these flatbread pizzas in our Breville Panini maker.

Close the Grill top and let bake until golden brown.

Add your toppings, and then toast the top to melt the cheese. Some Panini makers, like this one, have a setting for open faced toasting.

Be careful not to close the Panini maker or it can make a mess. I chose to add tomatoes, mozzarella shredded cheese, ricotta cheese, and freshly ground pepper.

My husband created a buffalo chicken pizza with ranch dressing as the sauce and topped with chicken, red onions, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce.

    Enjoy!
