Buffalo Chicken Pizza

This pizza was easy to make, and absolutely delicious. I can't wait to make it again!
Here is the recipe so you can try at home.

Homemade Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Thin Crust Ingredients:
  • 15 oz (3 cups) Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 9 fl oz Warm Water
  •  Pinch of Herbes de Provence

  •

    Directions by KitchenAid:
    1. Place flour into a stand mixers bowl and make a well in the center.
    2. Use dough hook.
    3. Add yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, herbs, and water and turn on low combined (about 3 minutes).
    4. Turn to medium and knead for 5–10 minutes or until a smooth ball forms.
    5. Let sit for 30 Minutes
    6. Roll out dough

Then it is Time for the Toppings:
Start with the Buffalo Sauce (we used Frank's Red Hot)
Add the Cheese - We used Mostly Mozzarella, and added a little bit of an Italian cheese blend
Slice up 1 Red Onion, we didn't even use half
Chicken Nuggets, pre-cook them halfway so they are not frozen on the pizza

    Bake:
Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes

    Final Touch:
Sprinkle on some crumbled Blue Cheese (You can use gorgonzola for less oomph)
Salad Dressing (Ranch or Blue Cheese)
